Ep 14: Love as A Weight Loss Tool
It feels extra fitting to have an episode about LOVE on the day of love. However, it’s not your typical Valentine's day love. Instead, this episode is all about the love you have (or don’t have) for yourself and how important that love is in weight loss and every other part of your life.
Your relationship with yourself is the foundation for every single thing you do. Every decision you make, every interaction you have, even the way you feel. While everyone could benefit from taking a moment to reflect on how loving they are to themselves, today, I’m talking to YOU–my favorite people–the ones having a challenging time growing their family and wanting to lose weight.
Constantly carrying the belief around that “there’s something wrong with me” is so heavy and exhausting. So with this episode, I am giving you 4 different tools to try that will help you cultivate a more loving relationship with yourself. Any one of them works–truly.
It's not selfish, or a waste of time. Loving yourself is such an important part of any change. When we start with this place of love, then the kindness and the care comes so much more easily.
