Some of us spend so much time stuck in a cycle of eating, shame, and judgment. It’s a cycle that’s exhausting AND feels terrible. When we remove the feeling of guilt we’re able to see more clearly, get curious, and dive deeper into the reason behind our eating habits.
In this episode, I will give you two simple steps to help you transform your relationship with food, and learn how to incorporate guilt-free eating into your everyday life.
