Ep 17: How To Change a Habit for Weight Loss - My Real Life Example
Habit change is key to weight loss. If you keep the habits you currently have, your weight will stay the same. But, if you’re ready to lose weight, then something has to change and I’m here to help you do that in a way that’s simple and sustainable.
Habit change may feel odd at first, any new way of doing things can, but it doesn’t have to be painful.
Examples of weight loss habit changes include:
- Bringing lunch instead of ordering out eating lunch instead of skipping it just to get hungrier and hungrier until you overeat at dinner
- Getting more sleep
- Drinking water consistently
Like with anything, new habits take practice. The key is to give yourself lots of grace and keep practicing the new habit until it's automatic. With practice…change is possible.
Before you know it, a new habit is born, and you’re on your way to sustainable weight loss that feels GOOD and EASY.
