Dieters often think their problem is that they compulsively choose the lasagna when out to dinner. They think the decision point of ordering is the issue. It’s not.
In this episode, I’m going to share with you how you can create EASE around the decisions you make with your food, by supporting yourself in all areas of your life. That’s right...it’s NOT just about food.
It's about all the rest of life and how it’s set up to support you. When you feel grounded and cared for in life, it’s a whole lot easier to make consistent decisions that feel good for your body.
And includes things like:
- Sleep
- Hydration
- Self-care
- Division of labor
- Fulfilling work
- Time outside
- Moving your body
- Intimate time with a partner
- Fun
So much leads up to the decision point at the dinner table, so it’s not fair to only focus on your goal of weight loss at mealtime.
