Ep 20: What To Do When You Overeat

Overeating is the number one reason we weigh more than we want to. 

Overeating is any time we eat more than our bodies need, whether that's eating when we aren’t actually hungry but want comfort…or when we eat past the point of being satisfied to full.

Here I share with you a 4-step process that leads to permanent weight loss.

The 4-step process:

  1. Be loving to yourself (be forgiving)
  2. Investigate the circumstances (be curious)
  3. Make a plan and decide what to try next time
  4. Give yourself praise, thanks, and high fives
