The Hunger Scale gives you a way to quantify your hunger sensations. When you do, you find the patterns your body uses to tell you when it’s hungry and when it’s full. Using those signals, you learn when and how much to eat so your body easily gets to its natural weight–without deprivation. Once you have the basics down, you’ll notice nuances that can be used for even more progress and self-knowledge.
