The real key to sustainable weight loss is finding a reliable way to stay motivated.
It may feel like you have fantastic reasons to lose weight right now, like growing your family in a healthy way, but even that doesn’t work when you’re running late and the drive-thru seems like your only option. Or you haven’t eaten all day and you finally get to relax in front of the TV and (over) eat dinner.
Here’s where the most important trick about motivation comes in. Your motivation cannot come from an EXTERNAL source. No matter how good it is.
It's got to be an inside job.
