Ep 27: Wine & Weight Loss
Unless you’re pregnant, there are plenty of times you may find yourself wanting to drink alcohol while also wanting to lose weight.
The way I help my clients lose weight is without restrictions or deprivation…and that includes alcohol (remember, unless you are pregnant–then the recommendation is NO alcohol).
I don't want anyone to think that the only way to lose weight is to never have alcohol.
That's not true. It may be something you'd like to enjoy, and you can! All while losing weight.
