People pleasing is something many of us do in one way or another…but did you know it impacts your weight loss?

In this episode I’m sharing my definition of people pleasing, why we do it, the big problem with it, AND what you can do about it.

When we do something we really don’t want to do while pretending we’re happy about it, we erode our relationship with ourselves and others.

We lose trust in our actions and decisions and start to feel lost, untethered. We pay the price for disregarding our true wants and desires with our bodies.
