We have covered breakfast, lunch, and snacks…so now it’s time to dig into dinner!

I’ve got some strong feelings about dinner 😊Dinner is the meal we’re most likely to overeat. This happens for a variety of reasons and we’ll touch on them in this episode. We’ll also dig into my recommendations on what you can do to set yourself up for success and avoid overeating supper.

The hunger scale factors in here big time.  But so does supporting your emotional needs, connection, and having something to do besides eat in the evenings.
