Thanksgiving is just a week away and with a little help from me (and this episode) you can make it your most successful holiday yet!!
First, decide whether you want to gain, lose, or maintain your weight over the holiday… then all you have to do is make a plan that will achieve your goal–a realistic, doable plan.
The Thanksgiving holiday isn’t just one meal … it’s one big meal plus all the other days, activities, and meals leading up to and following that special Thursday.
In this episode, we’re going to look at the holiday as a whole. I break down the holiday weekend so you can plan for your success with meals and activities that make the holiday sparkle (that don’t involve food!)
There are 3 phases of Thanksgiving to plan for:
- Days before Thanksgiving
- Thanksgiving Day
- Rest of the Weekend
Once you’ve actively thought about the Holiday and surrounding days, you’ve already increased your chance of following through on your goals and experiencing joy. You are responsible for your time and how you spend it—it’s a beautiful opportunity.
