So if we're trying to lose weight, overeating is the thing we need to solve. One of the best ways that feels effortless is making sure we don’t get over-hungry.
In order to avoid over-hunger it’s VITAL that you know your -2 & +2 on the hunger scale. These two hunger states are a key to sustainable weight loss, and feel different in each person’s body. It takes practice and willingness to check in with your body to learn your numbers and what they feel like.
