I call it a Food Date.
It’s a weekly check-in, a dedicated time to reflect on your ongoing relationship with food. Ask these three questions:
- What worked?
- What didn’t?
- What will I do differently next week?
The goal is to develop and sustain a kind, conscious relationship with food. These 10 minutes, once a week, helps you do just that.
